Beginning on November 9, 2015, the new Visitation System will begin installation. The current visitation building as well as internal jail units will be undergoing renovation, as the MTI system is being replaced by Global Tel-Link. We will provide you with the most up to date information on the new visitation vendor as soon as installation is complete. Some exciting new features will also be rolled out regarding from-home and additional on-site visitation options.

We have attempted to make every effort to reduce any down time, so you may see the MTI information a little longer while we transition. The new system is hopefully going to be a bit more user friendly for visitors and a much less problematic scheduling using automated kiosks. We hope this switch will make a more pleasant and easier visitation possible between inmates and loved ones. This will cause some intermittent outages and delays.

We apologize for any delays that may be caused. Missed visits due to outages will be rescheduled and will not count against any inmates.

The open hours of Visitation for Monday-Friday Onsite Visitation will be limited to the following times:

  • 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
  •   2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
  •   3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
  •   5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday visitation hours will include:

  •   7:00 am -   8:00 am
  •   8:30 am -   9:30 am
  • 10:00 am - 11:00 am
  • 12:30 pm -   1:30 pm
  •   2:00 pm -   3:00 pm
  •   3:30 pm -   4:30 pm

What this means to you:

  1. Visitation appointment scheduling by phone, will only occur during the limited hours that the Visitation Building is operational.
  2. Professional Visitors that require access to the inmate population during hours that the Visitation building is not operational will need to report to the Main Lobby for assistance.
